Opening an Account is Easy We appreciate the opportunity to meet you by telephone, learn about you and your business, and welcome you to our company as we establish your new wholesale account. Our initial contact allows us to tailor your account to fit your specific needs and preferences. In addition, we will be able to answer your questions and give you suggestions on how to best use our products for maximum benefits for your clients and your unique business. Once your account is set up we will assign a sales rep to personally help you. You may always place your orders: (a) by calling our office; (b) through your personal rep; or (c) by e-mail. Please call 530-926-0770. (or 011-530-926-0770 outside the USA) to open your "user-friendly" wholesale account. We are open Monday - Friday, 10 to 5, in the Pacific Time Zone. International Accounts may be set up through email for your convenience. Wholesale Account Information Wholesale eligibility requires you to be any one of the following: International Orders are handled by our export office in California. We are currently seeking international distributors. Interested parties may send qualifications and your business proposal by email or by postal mail to: Saint Germain Cosmetics, PO Box 733, Mount Shasta CA 96067. Our Minimum Order is $300. You may combine any of our products to meet the minimum. We have small quantity requirement and discounts on cases. Our Sample Policy is to send qualified retailers one sample of each product requested purchased at our full retail price. We will happily deduct the cost of your sample(s), minus the shipping charge, from your first wholesale order that contains the sample items. Example, if samples of 5 different items are requested, only the ones that are included in a wholesale order will be deducted. Our Terms require all orders be pre-paid by check, money order or credit card. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. International orders must be paid in US dollars by Credit Card or Cashier's Check. California locations must furnish a copy of their CA resale license or be charged CA sales tax on all purchases. Shipping Charges are additional. We ship most orders within two business days through the US Postal Service. Large quantity orders may be shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground.
